How to Request Account Termination

At The-e-School, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you can do so through either of the methods described below.
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all your progress, assessments, achievements, and personal data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
You can directly submit an account deletion request from your account settings page.

Response Time: We will respond to your email request within 48 hours and process the deletion within 7 business days after verification.
When you request account deletion, the following actions will take place:
Your account will be deactivated immediately, and you will be logged out from all devices.
Your data will be retained for 30 days in case you change your mind. Contact us within this period to restore your account.
All your data will be permanently deleted from our systems and cannot be recovered.
